brief: working alongside the specialist biophilic interior designer, acou.space designed and supplied custom acoustic finishes for classrooms, immersive and break out spaces.

more information: Utilising the biophilic ethos of nature within the interior design, in which sound control for enhanced learning and well being is celebrated, acou.space has enjoyed the opportunity to design and supply, with the interior designer, quiet spaces for the children.
provision for the interor comprised of:
enhanced acoustics to reduce reverberation within the rooms
phycological benefits for the children to reduce stress and create a quiet interior conducive to learning
biophilic ethos to connect with nature and living things. biophilia means ‘love of life’ in greek!
working closely with the biophilic interior designer, different classrooms and the communal breakout space were furnished with sustainable and acoustic finishes designed and supplied by acou.space to create calm areas for children and staff.
