project title: custom 3D acoustic divider screens for JBP library University of Bradford
brief: design and supply size specific acoustic landscape scene in relief from acoustic felt, with design concept to reflect typical aspects of the yorkshire dales. the panels to fit back-to-back creating a head-height sound absorbing space divider within the open plan library.

more information: layers of carefully modelled acoustic felt were first designed by acou.space within design software with cutting paths constructed from the various layers. When laminated, the varying thicknesses of carefully selected acoustic felt colours, create a 3d effect bring relevant depth and texture to each panel.
The acoustic felt panels have been design in conjunction with the study room names depicting aspects of the yorkshire dales. Client quotations below….
